Start your internship at Kyushu Journeys
Join our Fukuoka-based travel team for a hands-on internship. Social media and content sit at the heart of it, and we shape the rest around you while you explore Japan's wild south.
Real work, in the real Japan.
We're a small, registered travel agency owned by a Kyushu local, helping international travellers escape the tourist trail. As our intern you'll own real channels and watch your work reach real audiences, not fetch coffee.
It's an academic internship, built for those who need a placement as a required part of their degree. There's no salary, but you won't be out of pocket: you'll receive a ¥40,000/month allowance plus visa, travel and leave support.
University students only. This placement is open exclusively to enrolled university students who need an internship for their academic studies.
A role we shape around you.
Social media and content creation is the one constant. From there we build the rest of your internship around your strengths and what the team needs—so no two placements look quite the same.

Unpaid, but far from empty-handed.
